All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM UTC may be processed on the next business day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Delivery Timeframes

- Delivery times start counting once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.
5. Carriers & Tracking
*We use trusted international shipping carriers.
*Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, 4PX, Yanwen, SF Express, and other local EMS (Express Mail Service) providers, among others.
*Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You may track your package at any time.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all such charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
7. Address Issues
We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
8. Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or the package is declared lost, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate and assist with a replacement or refund.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, certain restricted territories, or countries under international sanctions.
