How to Return Your Product?

2. We will review your request and send a prepaid return label (if eligible) or return address within 24–48 hours.

3.Pack the item securely in its original packaging (include all accessories, manuals, tags).

4.Ship the package back using the provided label/address, and keep the tracking number.

5.Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund/exchange within 3–5 business days.
